Ive had this phone about^ months
still on application status.1st one disqualified because of p.o. box.So i made that right.THEN LAST FOUR APPLICATIONS COME BACK DENIED BECAUSE THEY SAY 'UNREVIEWABLE'IT'S SO RIDICULOUS AND FINAL APPLICATION I FAXED AND WITH ONLY TWO WRITTEN LINES ON APP, AND 1 COPY OF PROOF, I THINK A KINDERGARTNER COULD UNDERSTAND MY LEGIBILITY.
Terrible customer service
I have had my phone two months now and what a pain in the backside! First they typed my info wrong from the application I sent in. I emailed them AND THEY TYPED IT WRONG AGAIN even after I gave them the CORRECT spelling of my name and security pass word. I had to email them AGAIN to get THAT straight.
I bought a Sprint Brio phone at Radio Shack and called to have the Assurance Phone number recognized on this phone. They said I could do this. The guy on their end kept having problems looking up the correct information. He finally asked me if I had another phone to call from to transfer my new phone. I did not. He kept saying, "Just give me a few miniutes and I'll see if I can do this." NOW I HAVE NO phone service. HE ERASED MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IDIOTS!
I'll have to reapply if I want the free phone service again.
$10 never credit to my balance
I called & stated I wanted $10 on my phone with extra minutes, called to switch from $10 to $20 for 750 minute/text plan, but found there was a $30 unlimited plan & called requested for that plan to just receive 2 transactions from my debit card that stated $25.80 was taken 2 times from Assurance Wireless & to receive a 750 minute/text plan with $20 of DataPlan Pack of $20 of 50MB which I did not request & not to receive my $30 unlimited plan & $10 credit on my balance till my next month date of 4/2013
I want to know the status of the application I did and also I faxed my benefits info they needed my email is email@example.com

I was mostly satisfied with my service with Assurance, while I did have to sit on-hold for customer service last week, overall, I would stay that I had a good experience.
